Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Once an order is shipped, you will be notified via Phone or E-mail.
Business working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
Holidays and Sundays are not included and no shipments are processed on those days.
We do not have a refund policy. If an order is cancelled, one will have to pick a replacement item(s) of the same value.
